How to make sushi rice in a pressure cooker. Step-by-step instructions. #sushi

This video is a step-by-step guide that will show you how to make sushi rice using an electric pressure cooker or an Instapot (which is a popular brand of pressure cooker FYI). The ratio of sushi rice to water is 1:1. Which means that whatever quantity of rice that you used, you will use the same quantity of water. So, for example: if you used 1 cup of sushi rice, you will use 1 cup of water. That would be a 1:1 ratio. Or, if you used 5 cups of rice, you can use 5 cups of water. That is also a 1:1 ratio.
