Drawn to technology, he studied computer science and had a career at 3 of the “Big 4,” where he eventually worked in global mobility and workforce planning while also traveling extensively around the world. He saw firsthand how repetitive and manual many global mobility processes still were During his years in corporate, Benjamin had an experience that would shape him forever:he was wrongfully arrested in London because he matched a written description. He was held in a jail cell for almost 24 hours, and while there he started to reflect on the systems, biases, and the ways institutions impact peoples’ lives. Maybe he couldn’t change policing, but he COULD change the industry he knew - mobility - using his skills in AI and technology. Those experiences ultimately led him to launch The Cozm, an AI-powered platform helping global mobility teams automate repetitive work to focus more on strategy, talent, and human impact.
