The reason was an eviction order due to an alleged debt owed by Daniel Bellini, the owner of the establishment, for unpaid rent. Agents from the Buenos Aires Provincial Police and the Departmental Support Group (GAD) surrounded the premises and blocked access to the nightclub, which was operating normally. According to Judge María Victoria Aloé, who was in charge of the operation, the eviction was carried out due to non-payment of rent and was ordered by the National Court of First Instance in Civil Matters No. 40. Bellini clarified: “The reality is that there has been a lawsuit since the time of the pandemic.
