Instant Pot Hawaiian Style Boiled Peanuts

Classic Recipe 1 pound raw peanuts (soak in water over night & rinse), 10 cups water, 1/4 cup salt, 1 Tblspn pepper corns, 4 slices ginger & 6 whole star anise. If using stove top mix ingredient in a large pot. Bring to a boil then simmer for 3-4 hours or till soft. My Recipe 1 pound raw peanuts (soak for 1 hour and rinse} 10 c water, 1/4c salt, 1Tblspn pepper corns, 4 slices ginger, 6 whole star anise, 1shiitake mushroom, small piece cinnamon, 1 slice orange peel & small piece konbu. WARNING! KONBU will fall apart and cling to nuts. Mix ingredients in Instant Pot. Cook 1 hour on Maunal - High Pressure After timer goes off let it sit for another hour. Test texture.
