45 Min Full Body Pilates | Intermediate | Optional Weights

This is a slow, low-impact Pilates workout suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. We focus on controlled movements, stability and full-body engagement. I’m using 1 kg dumbbells, but they are optional. Feel free to use 0.5 - 2 kg weights, or no weights at all. Take your time, listen to your body and enjoy the process.
