Judging by the size of the wire from the pressure switch, it's very small and unlikely to support 220 volts of AC. This might be different from an automatic water pump with a round tank, which doesn't have a flow switch board. From what I understand, it should be possible to connect the pressure switch directly to 220 volts. This is just a guess.) (You'll have to find someone who knows if this is correct.) When the pressure switch is activated, it then triggers the flow switch board. If the flow switch board detects water flow, it will supply 220-volt AC power to the motor coil.
