POWER CONDITIONERS in HiFi. I have owned a couple in the past with inconclusive results but this time I found the Audioquest Niagara 1200 Power Conditioner to actually improve four things in my system. 1. It protected the components from electrical surge, and is non sacrificial. 2. It allowed my audio system to sound its best any day, any hour. 3. It did add some life and dynamics to the system, though this was slight. 4. It took my noise level to zero. This video talks about what happened when I compared the 1200 to my old $25 power strip. One thing is for sure, a good power conditioner is an essential piece of a HiFi system when you invest a good chunk of Money into it.
