Re-Arming A Bomber | RAF Instructional Film (1941)
Part of a series of RAF Instructional Films created to give recruits an idea of what they were in for as ground crew and armourers on an operational front-line airfield. This particular field details the inspection, maintenance and arming of a Wellington bomber of 9 Squadron based at RAF Honington during 1941. It also goes through the process of sourcing bombs, moving them, arming them and finally loading them aboard an aircraft.
