In this video I share the video I made before I started Bright Line Eating and a video I made today showing the physical transformation I have experienced. I also share about some of the internal changes I have experienced. I continue to grow with and through this program. Hi there, I’m Tomi and I’m on a journey of transformation. I’m a bright line eater- the bright lines are: NO sugar, NO flour, I weigh & measure my meals & I eat only 3 meals/day, NO snacking. I’ve been doing BLE for more than 659 days and have released 117 pounds in that time. More importantly this program is about so much more than loosing weight. I have done the BLE 14 Day Challenge, read the book, Boot Camp, Grit, Reboot Rezoom and I am a member of Bright Lifers as well as a regular listener to the daily Accountability Calls. I love this program and continue to use it to improve my overall well being. I’m 63 years old and have osteoporosis and Hashimoto thyroid disease, under active thyroid.
