Cartoon Story Part 19: The Chase

Sonic and Tails thank Syndrome's cartoons for the help defeating Syndrome, and then, they run for Phineas. However, when they leave Syndrome's yard, the car has already left. Luckily, they find the moving van coming, so they run after that. However, they are not free just yet, as Spitz sees the two running after the truck, so he runs after them. He grabs Sonic's leg and tries to prevent him from getting onto the truck, but Tails saves Sonic by jumping onto Spitz and attacking him. Sonic then uses Lightning to try and save Tails from Spitz, but the other cartoons think that Sonic is trying to murder Lightning, so they throw him out of the truck, but not before Tails hops onto Lightning, and Lightning and Tails successfully escape from Spitz, who gets stuck in a car pile-up. Lightning catches Sonic, and so the 3 race toward the moving van. When the other cartoons find out that Sonic was telling the truth about Tails, Knuckles activates the moving van's ramp to help them get onto the van, but Lightning's rear tires pop, and he, Sonic, and Tails fall behind with the van.
