What if you could achieve a noticeable velocity boost on a stock Leshy 2 without replacing the barrel, reduction gear, or making any major modifications? That's exactly what I decided to test by installing a larger reduction gear (approximately 120 cc) on a Leshy 2 7.62mm with a 350 mm barrel. The results were more interesting than I expected. The 3.08 g slug velocity increased significantly, while accuracy remained excellent. At 100 yards, I was able to achieve groups of 3–3.5 cm. An added bonus is the ability to install a pressure gauge and monitor the reduction gear pressure at any time, making rifle adjustments much easier. And most importantly, the part has been pressure-tested to 450 atm, so durability and safety were given special attention.
