The best way to understand this app is through its primary functions which are called: "Find an Item," "Search for Text," "Nearby Objects," and Personal Items." Both "Find an Item" and "Search for Text" use your smartphone camera to scan the environment for specific shapes. Once detected, the app can help you precisely aim towards the target via vibrations. From there OOrion gives its user distance indicators to guide you closer towards that identified object or text to read. "Nearby Objects" is used to scan your environment for a description of the items near you. This feature responds in real time so you can scan an unfamiliar room at your own pace. From there, if you wish to zero in on anything in particular, simply switch to that target and use "Find an Object" for step by step instructions and additional descriptions. There is also a microphone button which can be used to make non-exact voice commands using OOrion's AI Assistant.
