Whew! That was brutal. Ride with me as I take a ride around lap 3 of the Sunday course. There is an extra credit canyon at the end as well. Keys to the race... 1. Hydration and Nutrition. This is a long race, keeping the body hydrated and fueled will essential to getting you to the finish. 2. Mindset. Refrain from getting to high or to low during the race, just keep moving forward. 3.
