Agustín Sandoval of Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán is a versatile trumpet player who has played throughout many genres of music and is the author of the Mariachi Trumpet Method book series. Kicking off with a quick demonstration of the son jaliscience "Camino Real de Colima," part one of Agustín's 3 part trumpet tutorial series focuses on the articulation needed to interpret sones and rancheras.
