Abou Diaby: "J'ai appris par cœur la moitié du Coran"
Aged 31, former French international Abou Diaby, who was long considered one of the great hopes of French football before his career was disrupted by several injuries, gave an interview to the SFR channel. When asked what he had done during his time away from the pitch, Abou Diaby replied that he had become very interested in Muslim theology and had "memorized half of the Quran."
