Russian Family Eating Chicken Gizzard & Grilling Tilapia and Stonefish in the Philippines!

We thought today would be all about trying grilled Tilapia fish for the first time… but it turned into one of the most unforgettable days we’ve had on Samal Island! 🇵🇭 We cooked Tilapia and Stonefish on our electric grill. Then came a wonderful surprise - a package from our amazing subscribers filled with delicious Filipino treats! Inside were incredible local sweets and two completely different kinds of dried chicken gizzards. The biggest surprise? My older son Misha immediately recognized the familiar chicken gizzard flavor, even though he had only eaten it prepared in a completely different way before. We couldn’t wait to taste everything together, and honestly… we were amazed!
