Hello ☺️ I'm Eri, a mom living in Switzerland 🇨🇭 This time, the day before my son's tennis match, I tried making katsu curry for the first time, a dish considered lucky in Japan because "katsu" sounds like "katsu" (winning) 🍛✨ The moment I put the freshly fried tonkatsu on top of the curry, I thought, "It's going to be so crispy...!" but I did my best 😂 Living abroad, I don't often have the opportunity to make these kinds of Japanese "lucky meals," so it felt quite refreshing ☺️ I've included everyone's reactions, and a little bit of the actual match at the end, so please watch until the end!
