Explained: What's going wrong with Britain's roads
Our roads are a 'national disgrace', that's according to a new report that says the cost of bringing roads in England and Wales up to scratch has risen to a record £18.6 billion. It certainly makes drivers furious. And it's no surprise – when you learn that our roads are resurfaced on average once every 97 years.
