Zo gaan we van polarisatie en radicalisering naar echt contact. | Karen Walthuis | TEDxAmstelveen
What is going on in our easy-going little country? Radicalization and polarization seem to be the new normal. Karen is worried and introduces a solution: ROI, Radically Open Interest. For if we do that, we get what we deeply desire. Then, together, we form a peaceful and sustainable society. Stimulating people to open their minds and hearts a little wider. That is essentially what Karen does. As a result, individuals and organizations flourish. Leadership develops. Communication and collaborations become more effective. Relationships improve, whether business, collegial, or family. Karen does this through (provocative) coaching, training, process facilitation, supervision, and peer supervision. Additionally, she gives (interactive) lectures and writes books, articles, and blogs. In doing so, she focuses on anyone who wants to take a moment to reflect on themselves, and on coaches/facilitators, trainers, (coaching) leaders, (management) teams, and other (opinionated) professionals in particular. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
