Hello^^ She's! This is Good Family Jejurisune 🤗 Today, I'm making bean sprout rice bowls and clear soft tofu stew using old kimchi I had at home, following Kim Na-young's recipe. I made a seasoning sauce for the bean sprouts and stir-fried them. It tasted like stir-fried squid, which was really amazing and delicious. ㅎㅎ I love the crunchiness of bean sprouts, so I eat them often. Stir-frying them like this gives them a new flavor, so I think I'll make them often. Also, I washed the old kimchi I brought from my parents' house, added soft tofu, and boiled it until it was clear.
