How to get the drive belt back on a Hustler Raptor XD mower when it slips off its pulleys

I found it extremely difficult to get the drive belt back on on my own until I came up with the idea to use a length of cord to keep weight on the tensioner arm spring while getting the belt back on. Just make sure you set the string/spring up UNDER the drive belt when you're setting up. The problem I found was the slackness of the drive belt - it keeps falling off the pulleys when you're trying to put it back on. It's easy to carry 4 meters of 3mm cord on the mower and that's all you need to fix a slipped drive belt in the field on your own. If you have an easy fix or a different work-around to get the drive belt back on I'd love to hear it - anything that makes life easier is worth knowing. I hope to do some more Hustler fixes and tricks as issues come up. Have a good one! If you'd like to support the channel you can buy me a bale: https://buymeacoffee.com/mybackyardyt
