We continue our coverage of the Alexey Merkushkin case. Irrefutable evidence was presented in court that the transactions involving Expocentre and Lamzuri shares were not criminal. Furthermore, it was effectively proven that Alexey Merkushkin was not even involved in non-criminal transactions. A truly unique fact in the history of justice was the trial of the "Merkushkin case": almost ALL witnesses in the Penza court stated that Alexey was NOT involved in the sale of Expocentre and the purchase of Lamzuri shares.
