I want to thank everyone who has created fanart for myself and "muffins," I am extremely happy that people like the series enough to contribute to the fandom. hell, if it weren't for you, there would be no fandom for this fanfic. so if you see your picture in this video, consider it a shoutout to you. ~:::UPDATE:::~ please stop leaving comments saying "maybe you could include maud by blah blah blah," or "maybe maud can be blah blah blah." if you watched the whole video, you will know that maud does not exist in "muffins" in ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. she will NEVER make an appearance in the story, not as a cousin, not as a victim, not as anything. I don't WANT maud in the story, and I explained why she CAN'T and SHOULDN'T be in the story. it's very annoying for people to try and suggest ways for her to be included, but somehow you failed to realize that SHE DOES NOT EXIST. I thought this video would put things to rest, but I was horribly wrong. I've gotten a number of comments on this very video telling me how I should include maud, which I find very insulting, so I've simply removed them from the comment section. why do people have such a problem with listening? ~:::UPDATE 2:::~ in this video, I mentioned that I was abused as a child. I need you to realize that I did not say that because I'm looking for pity or to give other victims the chance to share their story. that's not what this video is about. notice how I didn't get into details about what happened to me verses what happened to minkie. the reason I mentioned my abusive past was because it was relevant to minkie's creation; in order to fully explain why I made her the way I did, I needed to address ALL factors. in fact, the LAST thing I need to hear is "I feel sorry for you." I understand that it's not a happy subject, and I understand if you empathize with me, but that's not why this video is here. this video is here to explain the creation and inner workings of a character that's very close to my heart. but what I DON'T want to see in the comments is people telling their own abuse stories, it's not necessary. the comment section is not a therapy session, if you need to talk about what happened to you, you should do it in a safe and secure environment with people you care about. the internet is NOT that place. ~:::UPDATE 3:::~ I'm disabling comments because no one can FUCKING read, and they keep spitting in my face... oh, I mean, giving me pity and sympathy.
