How I make 18th Century Skirts / Petticoats
Hello Friends! I was recently on a little jaunt to Seattle and I wanted to take some sewing with me for when i had time in the hotel. I decided to take my stack of 18th Century Skirts / petticoats with me to work on and then it occurred to me that there may be some of you out there that do not know how to make these yet! They are easy, fun, don't require a pattern, and are very portable sewing projects. So here you go! Here's how I make them! I hope that you enjoy!
