Ce que nous disent les expériences des jeunes docteurs en management

Nous considérons la thèse de doctorat comme un outil pour développer les compétences et élargir le champ d'expertise des doctorants. Nous identifions deux rôles fondamentaux liés à la thèse, à savoir celui dâ émancipateur et celui d'utilitariste, qui sont perçus comme étant en tension et en concurrence. L'analyse textuelle des chapitres a également révélé l'importance de l'environnement de réalisation de la thèse pour favoriser le développement des compétences et les capacités d'action des doctorants. Les choix effectués par les doctorants auront également une influence déterminante sur leur capacité à atteindre leurs objectifs. Translation : We consider the doctoral thesis as a tool to develop skills and expand the expertise of doctoral students. We identify two fundamental roles related to the thesis, namely that of emancipator and that of utilitarian, which are perceived as being in tension and competition. Textual analysis of the chapters also revealed the importance of the thesis implementation environment in promoting the development of skills and the action capacities of doctoral students. The choices made by doctoral students will also have a decisive influence on their ability to achieve their objectives.
