Breaking the rules! - Painting a lake landscape with trees & wildflowers with Giselle Denis

In today's video we talked about breaking the rules! Why breaking the rules helps you discover your true artist inside of you. Why breaking the rules sets you free and lifts the limitations that maybe someone has spoken over you in your life about creating. Rules were only set by a human who decided things should only be a certain way and I think that's limiting. Be like a bucket. And the rules we hear are filling up your bucket. But then when it gets full of the rules, poke holes in your bucket and let all of the rules drain out of you. The words people speak over us, are just words. Make up your own rules and that is when you will discover your own true art. The best art is created out of breaking all of the rules. This painting is called "Explore the world" and measures 24x18 inches and was painted with a 2 inch silicone palette knife, and a 2" flat brush in acrylics. This video was recorded live on Facebook.
