Age limits for Faculty Position: India vs Abroad

In this video, I discuss the important issue of age limits that are present for faculty positions especially in the IITs, at the Assistant Professor level. The age limit is 35 years. I discuss the various facets of this issue and compare the situation with abroad, especially the United States. This video will help students to be aware of the ground realities of the situation and plan their career accordingly.
