Hansruedi Giger achieved international fame with his fantastically realistic pictures and sculptures and the Oscar-winning design of extraterrestrial film monsters ("Alien"). Giger lived and worked in Seebach until his death in 2014. HR Giger populated his garden with a multitude of biomechanoid figures and sculptures, which merge with the wild vegetation to a dreamlike total work of art. HR GIGER's wish was to leave the garden exactly as it was after his death. Former assistant Tom Gabriel Fischer, founding member of the metal band Celtic Frost, for whom HR Giger designed a record cover as early as 1985, leads through the Gigergarten.
