Regular Planning Commission Meeting (6:30 PM): Approval of minutes from the April 20, 2026 meeting Review and approval of proposed amendments to the R-2 Residential zoning ordinance, including setbacks and the addition of definitions and standards related to Tiny Homes Planning Commission Work Session (Immediately Following): Presentation by Greg Sprouse with Central Midlands COG regarding proposed Future Land Use Maps as part of the next phase of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan process Discussion of proposed revisions to the R-3 Multi-Family Residential District Discussion on allowing Hospitals and Medical Treatment Facilities within the C-1 General Commercial District Review of the subdivision plat approval process outlined in the Town’s subdivision regulations This joint session will provide residents an opportunity to follow important discussions regarding future land use, zoning updates, residential development standards, and long-term planning efforts for Batesburg-Leesville.
