OCD: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD is difficult to cope with, and it takes guidance, support, effort, and treatment to overcome it. It is complicated, since one is totally convinced that what it is telling you is true, but it's not, so it is important to notice their presence, and thus be able to receive help and move on. When you ignore OCD, anxiety tends to rise for a moment, and it may continue to insist that you pay attention to it, but then the anxiety starts to go down, the thoughts disappear and you feel better when you ignore it knowing that the OCD is just trying to fool you. It’s totally possible to beat it! You can do it! If you have OCD, please ask for help to the people around you and with professional guidance.
