Easily Convert Halogen Torchiere Lamp To LED Panel Light Upgrade

I'm converting my old energy hog torchiere floor lamp to new energy efficient LED Panel light. Old halogen bulb uses 300 watts at max brightness, new LED light uses just 18 watts. This is a quick and easy repair with great results. I am demonstrating what I did, perform this at your own risk.
