Here's what we ordered! 🍜 Amuza Thick and Delicious Ramen Extra Char Siu Rice (LINE Perk) 🍜 Yu-chan Abura Soba Boiled Egg Topping (LINE Perk) Negi Shio Char Siu Don (Green Onion and Salt Char Siu Rice Bowl) First, Amuza tried the "Thick and Delicious Ramen." The extra-thick noodles, filling the bowl, had an impressive presence and an astonishingly chewy texture the moment I took a bite! The elasticity was at a level rarely found in Tokushima ramen, and the wheat flavor was clearly present. The soup was a slightly cloudy broth, condensed with the umami of pork bones and pork. It was rich but not too heavy, with an exquisite balance that made it easy to drink to the last drop. Adding extra char siu significantly increased the satisfaction! The moist and tender char siu had a rich meaty flavor and paired perfectly with the rice. Next up was the "Abura Soba" (oil noodles) that Yu-chan ordered. Its visual appeal was incredibly appetizing, with plenty of green onions and a boiled egg making a big impact! Mixing the sauce at the bottom thoroughly allowed the flavor to cling perfectly to the thick noodles. The chewy noodles were a perfect match, making it irresistibly delicious. Adding vinegar and table condiments midway through allowed for a change of flavor, making it a truly enjoyable abura soba in multiple ways. And we can't overlook the side dish, the "Negi Shio Chashu Don" (green onion and salt char siu rice bowl). The generous chunks of char siu coated in the green onion and salt sauce made it a dish that made you want to keep eating rice. It was delicious enough to be enjoyed not only as an accompaniment to ramen, but also as a standalone dish. What surprised us even more was the LINE registration bonus!
