Technics SL1200 / SL 1210 turntable tone arm repair
This is a video that shows the process behind replacing damaged bearings on a Technics 1200 / 1210 turntable. NB: Do not attempt any of this work if you are not a skilled professional, this is a very technical job and it is very easy to create bigger problems if you are not skilled enough to do the work. This video is aimed at technicians and guys that are serious about Technics turntables. I give my clients a lifetime warranty on this type of repair because: 1. A sealed bearing is used, this is a lot stronger and will perform a lot better than the original bearing. A sealed bearing will not collapse due to blunt force 2. The workmanship (installation) is done in a way that nothing is compromised. The outcome of any work should always be equivalent to or better than the factory specs If you are experiencing any issues with your tone arm, you can send me some images/videos for advice before you take any further steps Check out my website at djswopshop.co.za Email contact: [email protected] Thanks for watching :) #technics #turntables #dj #djswopshop
