Cold, but at least no rain – Thomas is shooting the German 3D Archery Championships of the German Archery Federation (DSB) in Villingen-Schwenningen. In the traditional classes, the maximum distance here is 30 meters. And even though the targets seem quite large, the strict scoring system (11|10|8|5) ensures sufficient spacing within the field, meaning: an inner kill or you'll quickly find yourself in the middle of the pack! This year, archers using an arrow rest and an undergrip are clearly in the lead.
