Welcome to The May episode for Season 3 of my podcast "10,000 Hours and Counting". In this episode, I will be discussing how lightworkers navigate transformation, and the current energetic shifts that have happened this month and encouraging you to take time for self-reflection to understand your personal evolution process. How do you put your trust in your intuition and the signs and synchronicities you notice when navigating uncertainty? How do you stay connected to hope during times of global and personal change? All lightworkers play a crucial role in holding space for positive energies like hope, joy, and peace, even when these feelings may not be widely shared on earth. Our task is to maintain this frequency for ourselves in order to be an inspiration for others and hold space for hope can support people on Earth.
