Everyone's talking about Baños de Agua Santa, so I decided to see for myself if it really lives up to the hype. I set off from Quilotoa towards Baños, but first I had to escape Zumbahua, where the festivities were about to bring the town to a standstill. Through mist, mountains, and the roads of the Ecuadorian jungle, I arrived at one of the country's most famous destinations. In this episode, I tried the traditional tigrillo, explored the Baños market, discovered sausages, juices, and typical Ecuadorian food, saw enormous RVs, visited La Virgen Waterfall, tasted mineral water that springs directly from the volcano, and finished by relaxing in the famous Baños hot springs.
