"We murdered our men and we don't give a care" Theme :o) These are the awesome ladies who didn't mind being on film! We have between 10 to 20 something in class. This is the current Choreography for my Cardio Strip Classes, FOR ALL LEVELS. The dance is meant for people of all ages, fun, & fitness. We do 30 mins warm up, stretch, abs etc, and then you learn the dance in class and we do it over and over.
