It was broadcast on February 11, 1986, by RTI Televisión and Producciones Jes. Bernardo Hoyos moderated the debate. The questions were answered by journalists Juan Gossaín of RCN, María Elvira Samper of RTI, and Álvaro H. Caicedo of Diario Occidente.
