Easy Way to Sterilize, Clean & REUSE your own Mask! Save Money & the Enviroment too !

Corona Virus is running wild in Italy, Iran, now to Europe and North America as well. The virus is very contagious and many got infected without knowing while spreading the disease to friends, colleagues and family during conversation, meetings, dinner parties etc. There are deaths from the virus in USA already. Numbers of infected are increasing rapidly. Most of the major retail stores have empty shelves where the surgical Masks are placed. As China is still suffering from the epidemic and restricting exports of medical supplies including surgical Masks, The Mask shortage will remains for long period in months to come. Problem: Serious shortage of Surgical Masks for general public PP Designer's Solution: After confirming the mask material for all 3 layers are made of Polypropylene fibers, I'm confident that it'll withstand temperature of 100 C easily. Therefore, I'm showing you an Easy way to: 1. Sterilize by soaking in 80 ~100 C hot water, 2. Clean with hand soap using a soft bristle toothbrush, 3. Rinse and hang dry. Many doctors, medical specialists, Govt, officials keep talking about the surgical masks cannot be reused. The 100 degrees water temp will damage the filter material of the mask, etc. I'd agree not to reuse masks if we have plenty of supplies around. It's not expensive at normal times. US Vice President - Pence was saying "healthy people do not need to wear a Mask" to suggest people not to panic to buy masks. I'm afraid that his remarks will let the spreading of the virus unchecked as many infected person without knowing himself, do not show any sign of fever or sickness. Without the mask on, this unknowing/hidden infected person will infect many many others. It's much better to advise general public who are not in hostile clinic / hospital environments, may consider to reuse their own masks by hot water then soap, than to walk around without a mask on !
