Ho provato a mangiare un mese con 100 euro. Progetto autosufficienza
I tried to eat for a month on just €100. What happened was different than you might imagine. We started to become self-sufficient several years ago, just for fun, with a small plot of land measuring about 5,000 meters behind our house. We planted fruit trees and started a vegetable garden, then we built a chicken coop. Over time, we realized that the hours spent among trees, plants, and an increasingly generous and lush nature made us feel at peace with ourselves and the world. Today, we're close to the finish line, and we're almost saddened by it, because the journey to becoming self-sufficient has been fascinating, difficult, and full of challenges. If you ask us why one should aim for self-sufficiency, the first thing that comes to mind is the feeling of freedom, freedom from want.
