The Heroic Military College kitchen never closes. 170 staff members work there day and night, led by Lieutenant Commander María Cristina Hernández Velázquez and the head chef, First Sergeant Cook Ofier Hernández Hernández, who oversee the daily preparation of a ton and a half of food to feed more than 6,000 cadets.
