I has seen this building a couple of times and was curious what it was from then.I found out its an old Soviet era Grainary /Bakery. i googled a few articles on it and then really wanted to have a look around, it was built in 1956, The huge property spans about 70 thousand Sq Meters...Theres a few of these in various parts of the country. This Silo hasnt been operational for 29 years, although they recently opened a very small part of it to make bread. Its a government owned building and i believe it always has been. It was a bit eerie to walk rond such a huge empty building, that at one point was a buzz of activity. theres some articles online about it i found.. i still have any other vlogs still from Nuristan and Panjshir so far, and still a lot of Kabul! thanks for watching as always!
