Paddle-Camping Chain of 5 Lakes in Lake Country (BC, Okanagan)
In the hills above Lake Country BC there is a chain of 5 lakes - Dee Lake, Island Lake, Deer Lake, Crooked Lake and Beaver (Swalwell Lake). Our plan was to paddle across the chain (12km, 1 portage) and camp on an island part way through. Not a bad little adventure!
