Montage Owners Have Been Layering Sounds Wrong! Do This Instead!

For a long time, I've heard people discussing the bad parts about the Yamaha Montage M as it relates to its use of polyphony and also the way it handles layering performances. I was determined to find a solution. It took a long time, but I think if the concepts and strategies that I discuss in this video combined with useful features that Yamaha has included for us, that people's perspective will start to shift. They will then see how powerful of a machine this Montage M (or those in the series) really can be. Some of these concepts can be applied to other keyboards... but this video is pretty much geared towards the Yamaha Montage series. I hope you enjoy it!!
