2 Dias de Ônibus: Brasília x Fortaleza na Expresso Guanabara #3

We've reached part 3 of the long bus trip that began in Brasília and now ends in Fortaleza, the capital of Ceará. In this last leg, we traveled from Irecê to our final destination, after almost 47 hours of travel crossing several Brazilian states. If the first parts already had unexpected events and hardships, now it was time for a truly authentic trip. Along the way, there was a lot of conversation among the passengers, road stories, people sharing food, and even an impromptu barbecue inside the bus. There were passengers with packed lunches, people sharing snacks, and that kind of banter that only happens on long trips. I also show you cheap rest stops along the road, where you can eat well without spending much—something that always helps those who travel long distances by bus. But as every authentic trip has its stories, an unusual situation also occurred: a passenger decided to use the bus bathroom to do the famous "number two," and the result was a smell that filled the entire passenger area. This situation became a source of laughter and comments for the rest of the trip. Despite the exhaustion from almost two days on the road, this trip also left something very positive: new friendships. Conversations, laughter, and moments shared with people I'll probably never see again. And perhaps the hardest part of a long trip is precisely the farewell when we finally arrive in Fortaleza. After so many hours together, each one goes their own way.
