Wildflowers and Birdlife of Cyprus

Garden on the moors are on tour! In Cyprus for the Easter bank holiday weekend, we explored the Aphrodite Nature Trail and Pikni Forest to look for birds on spring migration and wildflowers like Cyclamen persicum, Gladiolus triphyllus and a whole host of unusual wild orchids. We find turtle doves, singing nightingales and a cuckoo like no other.
