This video is a snapshot of my self build project which commenced in October 2001 (with the demolition of the existing bungalow) and completed in April 2024. I used ICF (insulated concrete formwork) as the main build structure. I was on site as project manager every day and I brought in over 20 different contractors for each bespoke element of the project.
