My name is Cortney, I coach catchers around the world and teach them how to feel confident with the knee-down stance and with every defensive play they have to make behind the plate. Throughout my career I knew that I had more potential, I just didn't know how to break through that catching ceiling. I went to a D3 school, switched from a traditional style of catching to a knee-down style of catching, and because of that I took my career overseas right after my collegiate career. I went through years of trial and error to find out what actually works, and now I coach catchers in 3 months what took me 15 years to figure out.
