Magnet mounting of accessories: I mount my NECA figures with 4 of [7mm cube magnets]: 2 glued into the figure's body (one either side of where the spine would be) and the other 2 stuck inside the lexan bodyshell. They have never come out, despite some nasty rollovers :-) Be careful on using magnets that are any larger as the weight soon adds up and you can really mess up your center of gravity. I'd recommend pairs of the 7mm cubes in various positions inside your bodyshell (seats, rear storage area etc.), all spaced apart the same as for your figures (then you can move stuff around), just make sure you keep the north/south polarity consistent on all the pairs of 7mm cubes. You could also use the 7mm cube magnets for larger scale accessories (e.g. Proline cooler box, jerry can etc.), but to save weight try using the 7mm cubes on the bodyshell, but then 5mm or smaller cubes in the accessories. With really light accessories e.g. small shovel or a rifle I drill out a void around 2cm long and insert some steel rod. Then the accessory will attach to a pair of the 7mm cube magnets stuck inside the lexan bodyshell. If you cannot get enough steel rod (or sheet) into/onto an accessory for the bodyshell magnets to grip, you can try say [6mm x 4mm x 2mm] bar magnets, but they are really weak, so only for light stuff. Recently I have added 3 of [25mm x 8mm x 2 mm] magnets to my bodyshell in the rear seating area to hold down some sand ladders I made from steel sheet.
