She received her first ballet training at the Marie Walton Dance Academy in Newcastle. In 2000 she continued her ballet education at the Australian Ballet School in Melbourne. From 2010 until 2015 she danced as a Choryphee with the Australian Ballet. During this time she danced solo roles in choreographies a.o. by John Cranko, David McAllister, Rudolf Nurejev and Peter Wright. In February 2016 Jessica Fyfe joined the Stuttgart Ballet as Demi-Soloist, in 2019/20 she was promoted to Soloist. With the Stuttgart Ballet she has danced solo roles such as Bianca in The Taming of the Shrew and Olga in Onegin (both John Cranko), Lise in La fille mal gardée (Frederick Ashton), Prudence Duvernoy in The Lady of the Camellias (John Neumeier), Crown Princess Stephanie in Mayerling (Kenneth MacMillan) and Kantorka in Krabat (Demis Volpi) as well as solo roles in works by John Cranko, Maximiliano Guerra, Marcia Haydée, Johan Inger, Jiří Kylián and Jerome Robbins. The choreographers Katarzyna Kozielska, Nanine Linning, Graeme Murphy, Roman Novitzky, Martin Schläpfer and Louis Stiens have created roles for her. Currently she is a Principal Dancer with Scottish Ballet.
